The hotel, the staff, the room. The manager came to our room simply because we couldn't connect to the wifi even though we said it was fine...that was so amazingly nice. You just don't get that kind of nice attentive service. He really didn't have to do that and he went out of his way too. It was a truly appreciated rare thing and we were amazed and grateful.

Upon arrival was greeted by Joyce who was the sweetest person I have meant in a long time hotel is very comfortable clean and staff go over and beyond to help you with anything you may need Robert was there at 4am who made me feel very comfortable in going outside for a few minutes with no worries this hotel is a weary travelers paradise! Price is reasonable, quiet, rooms are big and bathroom spacious definitely will come again!

Honestly everything, From check in to check out I was happy. We only stayed for one day as we were driving through but I couldn't be happier. The girl at the front desk that relocated to NC from Ohio (sorry forget her name) was so kind and sweet. Seriously she made the stay and really enjoyed her conversation and good vibe. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The complimentary juice tastes watered down. I love the fact the hotel had a pool. But that area could use some tlc. It’s very inviting at all. However the staff were amazing. My room was huge. The bed was so comfy. The location was close to everything. Honestly if I did decide to stay again it would be because the staff was amazing!

Everything The staff were very friendly and house keeping kept us stocked on towels.. Management and all of front desk were friendly. I dropped some boxes on the floor they offered to help me carry my items to my room.. Everyone was awesome.

Very nice atmosphere and upbeat. Clean rooms and love the thermostat on the wall to control the unit. Your name on the TV is also another well personal touch.

Love the new look. I stayed there ALOT before I move out of state at the it was baymont they were good to but I just love the new set up very clean smells good very comfy.. and the staff was fantastic they were the best part of my stay.❤️❤️❤️❤️
